Our Story

The Leathercrafters Association of Queensland Inc. was formed in May 1985 by a small group of enthusiastic makers who shared a passion for leathercraft.

What began as a simple gathering of like-minded people has grown into a long-standing community dedicated to promoting, developing and preserving the art of leathercraft.

For over 40 years, the Association has provided a place where knowledge is shared, skills are developed, and creativity is encouraged.
